Privilege Introduction

MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGE
Lotte Hotel’s Privilege membership program is a major value-added rewards program in Korea.
The Privilege members can earn points on room stays and visits to the hotel restaurants and bars, and enjoy special benefits.
Introduction
The Privilege members will be rewarded points for a percentage of the bill paid at the hotels of Lotte. (room 5%, F&B 1%; with the exception of Lotte Hotel Moscow which rewards 3% on room stay only)

The accumulated points can be redeemed for a room stay when the balance reaches more than 100 points (redeemed in units of 10 points), for food/beverage when the balance reaches more than 10 points (redeemed in units of 1 point), and at Lotte Duty Free Shop stores and partner hotels in units of 100 points. The points have cash value when redeemed at the hotels of Lotte in Korea and overseas, Lotte Duty Free Shop stores, and 10 partner hotels and resorts.

The points can be redeemed upon payment at the hotels of Lotte without an application form. Members must redeem points for a Privilege Voucher in units of US$100 to use at Lotte Duty Free Shop, Lotte Buyeo Resort and partner hotels.
Privilege points can be redeemed and earned at Lotte Hotel restaurants and bars, limited to Seoul, World, Jeju, Ulsan, and Busan hotels.
